Exhaust brackets on an 80 TQ

The PO did not do it right, all the brackets he made but one are broken.  What/how do I support the exhaust system properly?  I can fab brackets with donuts for the rear, but the pipe directly under the engine/trans is a question.  Can I make a solid arm to tie it to the engine/trans or do I need a rubber insulator there also?  
Car is a 90 with a 10V turbo, what looks like a custom downpipe and two sections of 90 degree 2.5 ID pipe joined.  From there back its a straight pipe and muffler.  Goes under the axle.
