The ASQ sales tax issue . . .

There is no sales-tax in Oregon, and when you buy
mail-order out-of-state there is normally no sales tax.
But if you order something mail-order, and then go to
the seller's place of business to pick it up they would
have to charge you the tax.  Effectively, by my picking
the ASQ up that's the same as Gary doing it, and taxable.
The seller won't have shipping documention for the
Cal Franchise Tax Board to prove that it was sent
out of state if I get the car.

I really wanted to be the first to get a rock-chip in it!
