So, just like the metal, it's not always a problem.

That reminds me, I forgot to mention the other Euro vehicles I see next 
door with various old versions of CIS - with plastic lines ot the 
injectors.  Always made me proud of my braided stainless aircraft 
captain cool man injector lines on my Awdis.

But obviously, they worked fine, even if they weren't as pretty.
