This couldn't be a throwout bearing could it?

Try pulling the dipstick while it's doing it. Sometimes the rear main 
seal can leak vacuum, and make a squeaky noise. If the thrust bearings 
in the engine aren't tight the crank can move a bit when you depress or 
release the clutch, causing the seal to ride on a different part of the 
crank.
