Got mine new off thepartsbin.com.  Pricey, but that's how it goes.

I just unbolted the faulty unit and bolted the new one on.  No surprises; very straightforward.  I didn't bench bleed it, and really don't know how you 
would, seeing as how it doesn't really have a piston to pump like the MC.  Braking improved 100%.  Of course I bled the whole system after I had it on, 
but that was easy.  It's been a couple of months now and I haven't had a single problem.
