Slave cylinder stuck in tranie?

Couple of ways:
1. Twisting it before pulling .
2. Put the hose on and blow compressed air, the ram will push backwards and 
without the pin it could pop out. It would be better when the hydraulics 
were in place and the locking pin out, but I guess it's too late.

ps. just in case I always apply antiseize when replacing the slave. If I'm 
not the one being thankful, may be somebody will.
