TIMING BELT / WATER PUMP

This is a fun job for a Saturday. I've done both a '87 5KTQ and a '91200q20v.

- I used a bolt to hold the flywheel in place (just used the "right
sized" bolt in the hole in the top of the bell housing to light up
with a hole in the flywheel.
- I also used a 3 foot pipe on a breaker bar to deal with the crank
nut. I used Locktite 242 (blue) when re-assembling.
- I recommend the Sears seal puller if you do the crank seal. Well
worth the few bucks it costs!

Other than that, by the book...

oh, on my 20v, I found removing the front crossmember helped, but I
didn't do that on my 10v.
