Type 44 rear control arm bushings

In an attempt to reduce the sagging of my '90 200 avant I ordered new
bushings for the rear.  Perhaps "control arm" is not the correct
terminology?

In any case I ordered the "kit" from Blau.  It was $160.  Upon receipt
I thought wow, those are some pricey round pieces of rubber LOL.  6
bushings in all, 4 small and two big.

Did I get hosed on the price?  I have a feeling I should have called
TPC and woulda been quoted half the price.

Finally, I assume an alignment is required once these are replaced? 
The car was just aligned (and drives MUCH better as a result) but it
seems if the bushings really have an effect on ride height it could play
havoc with rear camber or toe?
