Yes, they're a little more expensive than you thought possible for six pieces of rubber, but also these cars are getting rare.  Call a dealership and give the part numbers and say what you get back as a price estimate.  I'd be very surprised if you got bilked.

Prices for the brake pressure accumulator have also risen recently for my car ('87 5KCSTQ) which is something I expected.  The rarer the cars get, the more the replacement parts are going to cost.  

I think you will have to have the car realigned after installing them if your alignment with the old bushings is correct as it sits.  Not a terribly big deal -- see if you can get the installer to include alignment in the installation.  Unless you're doing it yourself?  There are self-alignment instructions available in the archives, but it depends on how much time and effort you're willing to devote to it instead of paying to get it done.
