cheap cam upgrade for 86 4000Q?

I did this mod on an 84 beater that I had and loved it.  I happened to have 
an extra cam laying around so I thought I would try it.  The biggest thing 
was the top end really opened up.  Worth it if you only have to spend a 
little.  Less than $100.  Any more than that and you ought to think about 
exhaust and other things.

I have driven a 4kq with a 276, and that is the cam.  Forget the 272. 
Crappy idle but WHO CARES.  Dont know anything about the Blau.
