Im fed up with the inability to drive more than thirty miles without
the car dying and spitting out another fuel pump, they dont grow on
trees. Im already WAY out of production class with a stripped interior
and weight reduction galore. The fuel cell is an alternative to our
crappy tanks, albeit their location is almost ideal, but audi's choice
of coatings leaves us SOL. I currently am rehabing my stock tank, but
if I cant go for a few years before having to pull, clean, etc the
stock tank again, im throwing it out and dropping in a cell. The car
will eventually be my first club/pro rally car, Im building it towards
that and rallycrossing during the buildup. I was looking for options
to reduce the amoutn of redo time that the stock tank may require. My
to do list on this car is long enough without having to re-add things.
