DV WAS: Single pass intercoolers

We tested three of them New, replaced and a week old.  All new leaked around 
8 PSI.  "Old replaced ones that appeared to have a decent diaphragm leaked at 
3-4 PSI.
Bosch N710P?  OEM valves leak early (at low pressures)
