I checked the idle and full trottle switch while the engine is running,,,, they were ok
The lights or accessories dont goes down when the engine slow down, the batterie is ok , alternator too.
I did not clean the WOT connections...
I have to well understand the CIS-3 to fixe it.
I dont remember in witch link i have a good description of the CIS-3.

Lets investigate :-)
It needs more fuel and maybe the advance is affected.
A) Fuel What supply less or more fuel ?
1) Fuel distr. : what makes the distr working ? air come into the engine.
2) DPR : what makes the DPR work ? Computer ; what tells the computer if need more or less fuel ? inputs .
Witch inputs ? Plate pot (There is no TPS , is the pot on the plate, little black module on the fuel distr.) , intake temperature, vacuum load and ?
B) Advance what change the avdance ? ; vaccuum load , speed , air intake temp,,,,and ? knock sensor...
Is it possible even the computer tell no fault code, the knock is bad or oxy sensor ?
Form http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/10vknock.html
The diagnostic tells its the knock. Does it cause the poor idle too ?mmmmm

Knock Sensor Defective?
Check Engine Light On?
Hesitation? Low Power?
If the "Check Engine" light comes on when the engine is warmed up and the manifold pressure is above 0.7 bar and the engine RPM is above ~3000 RPM, you may have a defective knock sensor, an intermittent connection inside the knock sensor or a connector/wiring problem. its what i have.
I checked the vaccuum while the engine full trottle and idling.
The max vac i read is 9lbs. My meter tells its intake leaks.

to me, too

cow...
Denis, seems like the big cow can't get its diet straight. Either
vacuum leak or TPS off - the ECU doesn't know where the throttle is and
gives too little fuel. Maybe cleaning the Idle/WOT switch connections,
the throttle body ... My WOT was bent by some dumb sheppherd in and it
was too rich. I got a spare in Germany only to discover this - bending
it back solved my unstable idle, same problem as yours for different
reasons. BTW, how's your battery? I got power loss with wet
Alternator, too.
Bonne chance!
