Aluminum Schluminum

Several people have written to correct my mistaken impression that the 928 used an aluminum chassis; they've pointed out that it is, in fact, a steel chassis with aluminum skin, and quite robust at that.  So much for my memory.  In an attempt at atonement, last night I sacrificed a couple of aluminum cans to the Porsche gods, after draining the liquid contents from them into my mouth.
