5KTQ starting issues (light at the end of the tunnel)

My 200TQ died and would not start.  Checked to see if the fuel pump was
working by doing what you did at the filter.
I got fuel all over the place and car still would not start.  Turned out to
be the fuel pump.  You could have a weak fuel pump like I did.
