Ignition Timing questions

Hi there,
while trying to hide 4 from 5 hall pulses I decide to get TDC signal from VRS on flywheel, make a rectangular signal, then keep this signal x ms and make logical and between this signal and first hall pulse, and then wait for next TDC signal, hidding rest hall pulses. Ok but I realise that 1 revolution of dizzy is equal to 2 rev of cranckshaft, so instead of 1 pulse I'll show 2. So I need another reference in order to exclude 2-nd pulse. May be some coil over HT lead to 1-st cyl....
anyway what I realy want to know is where the Hall sender pulse must be on 10V Turbo. I know TDC must be 62 degrees BTDC, and hall, may be about 20?
