Camshaft - line up small mark on back of pulley with the top of the cam
cover gasket.

Crankshaft - there should be an "0" shaped marked, which lines up with
the horizontal part of the window in the bell housing. There should be
a photo of this in the Bentley somewhere. You can also check it by
removing #1 sparkplug and letting a screwdriver ride on the top of the
piston, TDC is of course when it is highest.

With the two shafts back in sync, I think the distributor can be set by
aligning the rotor with a mark on the housing, although a timing light
would be nice (put fuse in fuel pump relay, set at 12 degrees BTDC at idle).
