Big engine and autobox?

I think the S40/V50 are nice looking and pleasant to drive. They have some
nice features and the interior is ok. The "waterfall" climate stack is
innovative. But it's a tiny car and I didn't find either one to be a real
entertaining vehicle. The back seat in those cars is a step back to the
first M-B 190 - not for humans above 5'2".
