No start WAS: Fuel Distributor Connectors

Although the symptom could be from other items, I'd gather that the fuel 
distributor has an issue.  EVEN though the fuel filter was changed, some dirt 
could have worked "upstream" from the filter to the fuel distributor 
area.............especially the two screw thingy I sent Marc a photo of.
If you can "run" the engine on starting fluid (ether) sprayed into the boot 
AFTER the fuel Distrib/potentiometer (and by quickly sealing the rubber boot 
back around the airflow plate..........................you can further NARROW 
the problem to the fuel distributor area.  (Where I think their is a clogged 
line, gummed something or two screw regulator whose plugged passageway is keeping 
the fuel pressure in the fuel distrib unequal, so it won't run.  The two 
screw gizmo can be measured with an ohm meter and should have a resistance value 
of ~200 OHMS.  Infintiy or open circuit means NG.)
