016 tranny swap: REVERSE does not work, clutch slip

The trust bearing is  new, needle bearing too.
I look at the old one and seems to be exactly the same....
Tonight i ll  took off parts from the pp and the clutch disk,,,, clean it
with brake cleaner   etc,,, and maybe surface the flywheel. I ll check the
pp with a machined rule to see any curves on it.
