All adjustments to Ignition and CIS-E must be
made in a certain order. There is interrelationship
of settings. they all feed into the CPU.
The duty cycle setting, when correct, is under one
turn or less on the T.B. air screw. At lease out here
in the colonies it is. Smog areas may be different
