I think running the above wheels on your car would depend on springs, spacers, offset, etc.  
However, my observations are that no matter what size rim you are running, the Audi wheel well seems to swallow it and make it look one to two inches smaller.  (Insert bad jokes here.)  The 17s on my V8 look like 16s, etc.  Oh, and be careful of curbs.  I haven't hit one yet (knocks on wood desk), and I'm not intending to.  These are the first perfect rims I've ever had.
And, getting someone to mount them is really hard.  Find someone who has a touchless system.  They work like a dream.
