Cold Start Wierdness

Check and re-solder the circuit board in the fuel pump relay. That cured
my erratic cold no-start problems. Would start sometimes after I cranked
long enough or opened the hood, etc. Just happened that I was shaking the
thing enough to make a connection. It was never a problem once running or
on warm days. Beyond that, best bet is to watch the CSV operate on a cold
day if the problem comes back.
