If you rely on Ralph Shaheen as your rally information source, you'll get a 
poor education.  He's a NASCAR guy that Speed has drafted into doing the 
WRC stuff.  He's better now that he was last year when he started ("Does he 
ever blink" :-) but he still just reads what's in front of him.

Ned's picking nits when he says that FIA World Rally <> WRC.  It was the 
top-tier then, and is the top tier now but it's changed to reflect the times...
