fuel line repair

if you're talking about where the metal line has a fitting over the end and
a rubber hose attached to it with a banjo fitting on the end (or the like)
then yes.
all of this was done on the car by the way, under the driver's side rear
footwell area on my 90 coupe q, which developed a leak where the rubber hose
attached to the solid metal fuel line goes to the fuel filter.
used a dremel to cut back the fittings in order to remove the rubber hose
from the flanged end of the metal line, then used the dremel to remove the
fitting at the banjo fitting, then simply got a length of rubber hose and
double-clamped both ends. Currently about 8 months in, and no signs of
trouble whatsoever, and others on the 20v list have done this with success
well into 2 years.
Hope that helps.....
