Probably not.  That section of "Epping Road" ("Epping: the center of the 
universe" I kid you not...) is a bit of a gasoline alley.  There's a 
Jaguar dealer (with a fabulous giant silver cat on a pedestal), and Benz 
dealer, and probably a couple of less memorable dealers, and a few 
various sized used car lots mixed in for good luck.

I'd be curious as to just how "low" these final selling prices are that 
you have noted.  A lot of pre-A4 era Audis sell pretty cheap, especially 
up here in New England - and not because they're rust buckets (most 
aren't, they're galvanized), but because there are so many up here. 
And, to an extent, sometimes due to deferred maintenance of accessory 
systems.  The unintended acceleration fiasco left a very long shadow on 
used Audi prices, finally erased by the popularity of the A4 and its 
brethren.
