2.3 head vs. 2.2 head

No, the issue is that the NG and later NF heads use a completely 
different intake manifold setup, where the injectors are mounted in the 
manifold instead of the head.

A turbo engine manifold with conveniently aimed throttle body mounting 
will attach to the early NF 2.3 head with no fuss.
