S4 upgrades

A few weeks ago there were a set of Avus 17" wheels with tires for sale on
the Marketplace.  If I remember the owner had them on his 1990 V8.  I'd
check out the Audifans Marketplace.  Also on the S-Cars.org list too.

I bought the wheels and tires (set of five, including the spare) from
someone with a new B6 S4 that switched to 19" wheels.  It's still a chunk of
dough, but nowhere near what I would spend if I bought them new from the
dealer.

And the tires are already pre-mounted and balanced perfectly...
