S4 upgrades

Well the S4 biturbo came stock with 17x7.5 wheels so the new 18x8s only
rides very slightly stiffer. With the reduced noise from the superior
tires the car now actually rides in a more refined manner than before.
Our roads here in the San Francisco bay area are not glass smooth like
Germany but not *too* bad. The newer cars have much stiffer body
structures, so the suspensions could do their job better to isolate
the road...
