Thanks for the input guys.  This afternoon I checked the voltage at the TTS
plug.  I had 12volts, constant, with the car warm and running.  I think what
I'll do next is check the resistance of the TTS (which I suspect is OK) and
if it is, the relay is obviously the next step.  Something is driving the
circuit to ground....somewhere.  Huw, as for the o-rings, if I had the
sizes/dimensions, I'm certain I could get some from a distributor.  Thanks
all the same though.  I'll keep plugging away.
