Front suspension issue (again)

This afternoon I noticed my front suspension has moved upwards about 
1/4" (there is a gap between top mount and where it meets the fender) I 
raised the car up and the gap closed... :o\   is this ok?  I don't like 
it but I am getting ready for a trip to Spokane and don't want anything 
to happen...

This is the 2nd time in a year I am replacing anything up front 
there... (last time was shocks and upper strut mounts)  right now the 
setup is SPAX springs with Boge shocks...  (I know not he best setup, 
but i works... unless its busted this time again.. and I'll get some 
adjustables....)
