There's an opening in the long arm of the stainless band (the one that goes
around the rubber part) just where it attaches to the short arm. I was
able to pry them all open with a screwdriver. I replaced the leaking
supply line with a piece of high pressure fuel hose I got at a FLAPS. It
requires special clamps. However, the hose is larger OD than the original
metal piping, so I couldn't enclose it in the stainless band like I'd
hoped. I ended up lacing everything in place with a bunch of zip ties.
I'm thinking next summer I'll replace all those metal lines with new steel
lines, and, hopefully, be able to relatch the bands.
