Intermittent gas gauge

They already screwed with this two years ago in some recall or other.
Looks like another paragraph to add to my letter to Audi.

I've dealt with over a decade of bizarre problems with Audis, but I
have to say I am totally disgusted with this car. So far, at not even
three years old, this thing has taken over $15,000 worth of repairs
too keep running. most (but not all!) under warranty luckily.

Why can Audi not seem to make gas gauges (and dash lights and temp
senders and window switches and seat heaters ... and ....) that work?
