Urq's and the 016 transmission

It looks like a daunting task converting a S4 6 speed to work in such a situation- alot of different technology between the two cars. To be honest, the transmission in the 4kq has a pretty good ratio- from what I have seen, it was a very popular "upgrade" on the UrQ due to the gear ratios that the UrQ came with. I remember reading several reviews on the UrQ and the authors just ranting about the poor gear ratios in that tranny. I also remember seeing a UrQ at the KAR website with a 4kq tranny- seems like it should have had a 016 all along. 
 There are times when I'm driving on the interstate and it seems like the car begs for a 6th gear. It would probably be better suited for a better 1st gear truth be known!!!
