Urq's and the 016 transmission

I liked the ratios a lot as a NA car.  My wife and I were used our old 
GTI.  We once drove on a road trip for 45 minutes in 4th gear at 70ish 
MPH before noticing in the 4kq.  Pretty good for a car that age.

With a turbo though 1st is useless unless you like doing burnouts.
