Yes, I just confirmed this in the 80-83 Bentley manual for the 4K/Coupe.
As for the 87.5 CGT, I thought it used the type 012 5-sp tranny, like the
1988 90 FWD 5-cyl cars?

Yes. The 013 is the 5-sp for the 4-cyl FWD cars. Earlier 4-sp trannies
are type 014.
There were also several different 013 variants used on the 4000S fwd
cars over the years. Early (81-83) cars have either the code 2M or
MV, with very tall gears (these cars are sometimes badged "4+E"). 84 cars
have the code 2N which has medium ratio, and 85-87 have 2P with close ratios.
All these have 4.11 final drives.
