Chiming in, I bought my 88 commemorative edition avant (looks exactly
like the one in the ad) in August 2003 for $4800 with 250000 kms. I
thought I paid a bit much but it is such a beautiful car and was well
maintained with a lot of work done. If I was in Ontario, and was in the
showroom where that car is, I probably would buy it (if I didn't already
have mine)
Price is very subjective. Some of my friends wouldn't pay $500 for a 15
year old Audi but they will pay 20 or 30 some thousand for a new Mazda
or Ford. Go figure!
They think I'm the idiot, I think they are.
