4000 clutch line & hose

Hello,

I have a 1988 VW Quantum. It has the same drivetrain as the 5 cyl Audi
4000 Quattro.  --  I need to replace the hydraulic line and hose form the
master cylinder to the clutch slave cylinder and can't find a source. 
Does any here know of one?

I'm also looking for tips on removing the clutch slave cylinder from the
transmission.  The bleeder valve is rusted in place and I can see
replacement being needed before this is done.  How have you guys removed
the slave cylinder after the split pin is pounded out?
