7A cams or more

I was considering installing a 20v NA instead of a MC in my 4kq

my question is

what are my performace options?

what is the most HP that the 7a can produce? what mods would i need to do to 
produce it?

i'm looking for hp and reliability.

stock mc and stock 7a are prety much the same as hp is concerned,
are there other differences?

this will lead me to the purchase of one engine vs. the other

so that i may begin my project
