I will never again run wheels that are not hub centering. However the
solution is easy, just have a spacer ring made. Many aftermarket wheels are
large to fit different wheels and they sell centering rings to fit your
vehicle.

They'll be a little loose on the hub - bore is 63.3 mm on Ford vs. 57 mm on
Audi, offset seems OK, even a little racy - up to 38 mm
