Good catch! I recently swapped rims on my 914,
replacing some old Super Beetle rims (wrong offset)
for Pedrinis. In addition to being a ton lighter and
not rubbing on the fenders, the Pedrinis use the same
spherical-section lug bolts as the CGT and, I *think*,
my wife's 100CSQ. The Beetle alloys used those
shanked bolts that fit snugly in the mounting holes on
the rims and then clamp down with washers. A real
misery to get them started, especially since the
wheels were so much heavier than the Pedrinis.

Thanks, Greg. One more thing to check out before
money changes hands. (Oh, and anyone interested in a
decent, cheap 914 with nice Pedrinis? :-)
