How to open doors?

Well now that I have the bottom end completed for the replacement motor for
my 5kcstq, I need to worry a little more about some of the other stuff.
Only 3 of my doors open, the passenger side rear will not open with the
inside handle or the outside handle.  Does anyone have any ideas or tricks
that I can use to get the door open?  That way I can get the door card off
and see what is messed up inside,  I think that one of the little plastic
buggers broke off.  But not sure.  I hope to have the head back from the
machine shop this week.  Then I can install the head and then it is time to
yank the blown engine and replace it with this one.  Then to rebuild the
other MC and put it in my 85 coupe.  The fun never ends.
