cold start weirdness

Actually, only two of us might.  The other two are different problems. 
There won't be a "one size fits all" solution unless it is stated very 
generically (ie, "test fuel and ignition systems components for correct 
function and repair discrepancies").

For me, expecting my car to start at -10 or -15 F without special 
precautions is pushing it.  I should either bring it inside, or get an 
engine heating blanket or a coolant or oil heater to make its life 
easier.  Of course, problems over, say, +15 F *are* problems and should 
be fixed.  Somehow...
