cold start weirdness

Or, if you're Cody, starting at *cold* temperatures below 40°F shouldn't be
expected <grin>

Just had to poke some fun at the Florida guys.....

But I agree....I was pleased when my cars started at our unusually cold
temperature of -13°F. I certainly didn't expect it, and keep a car in the
garage anyway.
