I guess the ability to get around in the snow isn't the highest priority 
for these 'ricers'. I had to suppress a smug grin today. When exiting my 
favourite store, ... you guessed it, Canadian Tire, I noticed a sleek 
silver Civic with attractive rims, low profile tires, and throaty 
exhaust, spinning its wheels and going nowhere fast. He actually beat me 
to the road, but I passed him quite easily as his front wheels did 90 
down the road, but the rest of the vehicle dragged along at about 20.
