272 cams and smog test

I am running 272 cams in my NA 20V and I have passed CA. smog the last two 
times.  You do have over lap and you do dump some HC in the exhaust.  But I am 
running P&P head with matched intake and exhaust.  This better air flow may 
negate some of the dump issue.  My NO and HCs are less than half the max.
