Late 4kq? If you pull the door panel, you can disconnect the switch pigtail
from the motor harness, leaving you with the 2pin motor harness for basic
+/- testing. Supply it with 12v one way and it should rise. If it functions
"manually" try swapping the p/w switch from the other rear door. Assuming
both rear doors aren't doing the same thing and you need a lockout switch :)
