I wonder what percent of particulate emissions comes from passenger diesels?

Sounds like BS to me, although not from the dealer...

Why not register it as a truck?  Or does NY prohibit the sale of Ford's and 
Dodge's, etc diesel trucks as well?

Just mouthing off as that law seems patently ridiculous.
