Bad BPV or vacuum leak? Buzzing sound  is your 
fuel pump. When is the last time you replaced your
fuel filter? Perhaps you should do a fuel output test
to see, but if you're getting so little fuel, you should
likely be getting knock sensor limits exceeded as by
then, you'd be running so lean as to cause knock.
