engine dieing at idle (fuel pump?) '91 200 20v

Where's the rubber in these mounts to cause squeaking?  There used to be
rubbery mountings in the 5ktq tanks.  The later models have plastic stuff
(kind of like stiff nylon).  The way they snap together, there shouldn't be
any rubbery rubbing.  

Marvel Mystery Oil (which claims to be an injector lubricant when added to
fuel) helped quiet down my 200q20v pump for a while.
